I’ve had the most amazing experience at the pregnancy yoga class! From the venue and set up of the room to the size of the group and Juliana’s gentle guidance - everything helped me relax and unwind after an exhausting working week. Juliana is a fantastic yoga teacher. She gets to know her students and provides exercises tailored to what you all need, without feeling like you are an ‘exception’... Her focus on breathing the tension of the work day away and finding time for yourself is perfect for enjoying the whole session and stepping you away from work in the evening... The classes are a great mix of fun, laughing and good hard work!
