Join this half-day yoga workshop and delicious vegan lunch. The workshop will consist of yoga practice, talks and discussions and will look at key principles of Hatha yoga, both theory and practice. Aiming to demystify the practice of yoga in a way that is relevant to our modern body and mind, creating a foundation on which we can build and deepen our practice. Suitable for the curious beginner and more experienced yogis.
