We spend so much of our time looking after and servicing others - family, projects, emails - that sometimes (quite often) we forget to take care of ourselves. But we can not pour from an empty cup. It is time to refill.
Join us on 1 December, 3pm at the beautiful Light Space Private Studio for 3 whole hours of delicious "you time" in this mini retreat where we will move, be still and also make time to self-enquire and reflect.
Expect an afternoon of:
Gorgeously nourishing and balmy movement to restore and revitalise your body
Soothing breath work to reset your system and help reduce stress
Stillness practices to help focus and calm the mind
Self-care and enquiry through reflective exploration in discussion and writing to give you space to tap into your true sense of you
As well as an offering of plenty of warming rose tea and organic dark chocolate, dates and nuts.
No previous yoga experience necessary. This mini retreat is open to all levels and is suitable for pregnant women too.
