Join us for this hour and a half yoga class for stress. A nourishing yoga practice with movement, breath and meditation to support greater wellbeing.
It is said that yoga is 1% theory and 99% percent practice so this class will be practice based offering an embodied exploration of yoga to soothe the nervous system, slow down the mind and build greater mind body connection.
If you're interested in the theoretical underpinning of yoga for stress - how does it work? and what is stress, really? - then please attend the Yoga Workshop for Stress in July. If you've already attended the June workshop then this yoga class for stress aims to give you the opportunity to really feel into those learnings.
As someone who has firsthand experience of stress and anxiety, in this workshop I aim to offer a compassionate, safe and supportive practice. The combination of this class and the Yoga Workshop for Stress aims to provide students with a greater understanding and ownership of their wellbeing, feel the benefits of a stress targeting practice and have some tools to take off the mat.
As this is being offered in my private studio places are limited - I will only take 6 students - so please book in plenty of time.

- Location: Light Space Private Studio is by Harlyn Primary School, HA5 - as this is a private studio, address is not published online but full details will be provided upon booking
- Equipment: The studio is fully equipped so no need for you to bring anything but I always advise students to use their own mat and blanket if they have one.
