A six week beginners yoga course Tuesday evenings 6.30pm - 7.30pm from 22 January - 26 February 2019.

Course will take please at The Stables, Eastcote House Gardens (map)

A perfect introduction to the physical practice of yoga for

  • those completely new to yoga

  • beginners who are curious about the practical foundations of yoga

  • more experienced yogis who wish to revisit some of the core practices

We will cover key yoga postures, explore alignment, breathing practices and natural ways of movement as well as the theory underpinning these.
